2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after:

- Issuance of booking confirmation

Booking details shared by the client must be accurate. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided.
3. Payment Policy
Payments must be made within the specified time frame shared at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel unpaid or partially paid bookings.
All safari permit fees, park charges, and taxes are governed by forest department regulations and are subject to change.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations are subject to the policies of forest departments, hotels, and service providers.
- Safari permits once issued are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Accommodation and service cancellations may incur charges depending on the provider’s policy.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
5. Safari Rules & Regulations
Guests must follow all rules set by forest authorities including:
- Carrying valid ID proofs
- Maintaining silence inside the park
- Not feeding or disturbing wildlife
- Following guide and driver instructions
Violation of rules may result in penalties and removal from the park without refund.
6. Liability Disclaimer
We act as a booking facilitator and are not responsible for:
- Weather conditions
- Wildlife sightings
- Natural calamities
- Government regulation changes
- Delays or cancellations beyond our control
